Right now I have a three inch long scar right across the top of my head with eight blue nylon stitches in it. This wound is the result of a bad fall last week. My hair had to be completely cut off around the area where the scar is. As you can no doubt imagine I don’t feel my most attractive right now but instead of feeling bad I am trying to count my blessings. 
I’m all for muscle supplements that come in the form of powder because from past experiences it was very easy to make a quick shake out of them and then hit the gym with a full tank.
